FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How much does registration cost?
The MRCS Part B Question Bank costs £127 £97 for 3-month access, £187 £147 for 6-month access or £300 £227 for 12-month access.
2. Can I register for longer access?
Yes. If you would like longer access please contact us.
3. What happens after I purchase access?
After purchasing access an automated email will be sent to your registered email address containing your login details. If you purchase via Stripe you will be automatically logged in and can update your password and details via the Dashboard.
4. I have purchased access but haven't received my login details or an email
Occasionally email filters send the automated email to your junk or spam folder. Please check these folders within your email client. This is often the case with older hotmail accounts.
If you are still unable to locate the email please contact us for assistance. We aim to answer all queries within 72 hours.
5. Is my personal information secure?
Yes. All payment information is securely handled via Stripe or PayPal and secure payment methods.

The site itself has SSL security encryption meaning that your details are secure and will not be shared with third parties.
6. Are there any system requirements for running the website?
All modern browsers are supported including Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. The website is fully responsive and will work on tablets and mobile devices together with home computers.

As the site features a number of interactive components and videos these may not display correctly on older browsers. Internet Explorer 9 and below are not supported.
7. What terms and conditions am I bound to by registering for the question bank?

In short you are not permitted to copy or disseminate images or questions and we are unable to offer a refund following purchase as you will be in receipt of the full product upon completion of purchase.
8. Will you be adding more questions?
Absolutely. We continually check and update our questions and add new questions that our team feel will help candidates prepare for the MRCS Part B.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
Most major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment is handled via Stripe which allows region-specific prices and secure card payments. You can also register via Paypal.
